By using Pocketo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service

Pocketo is an AI assistant app providing chat, file processing, image generation, voice transcription, scheduling, and integrations with third-party services. Available on iOS, Android, and Web.

2. Account

You must be 13+ (16+ in EU) to use Pocketo.
Provide accurate registration info and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Pocketo to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.
Violate third-party service terms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) when using their models.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
Send spam or unsolicited messages via integrated channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, email).
Bypass usage limits, quotas, or billing.

4. Pricing & Billing

Free plan: $0.10/day token budget, no rollover.
Base plan: $1/month, pay-per-use tokens at provider cost + 25% margin.
Plus plan: $5/month, larger storage tier.
Pro plan: $15/month, unlimited storage tier.
Token usage charged from your USD balance per message at smart-routed model cost.
BYOK users supply their own LLM API keys; charged only infra fees.
Refunds: balance not used for at least 30 days may be refunded on request.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Pocketo a limited license to process your content for the sole purpose of delivering the service. AI-generated outputs are yours to use; LLM provider terms may apply.

6. Service Availability

Pocketo is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI may produce incorrect or harmful output; verify critical decisions independently.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocketo's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes resolved in Baku courts unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
